"I Didn't Get My Confirmation Number?"



We get this question a few times a day from confused auto parts customers that call in to check on their order. We certainly understand that it could be a concern, especially if your vehicle is broken down. Although we don't want to claim 100% up time, it is very rare that our system has an issue that might cause a problem with the confirmation e-mail. In almost every case that we have researched, we have been able to track down our e-mail in the customers e-mail spam filter.

Many security software systems are set to filter out any unknown e-mail addresses that send mail with an embedded link. Since our message is trying to give you a research tool automatically after you place your order, it contains a link and may be caught by the process.
